Training
Training is an integral part of the company. It enhances people’s skills and strives
to improve upon the quality and consistency of care that DACCS provides for people
in the community. We provide training within the company and also work in partnership
with other training providers and colleges to ensure that our team has a broad spectrum
of training. Our training meets the approval for the Commission fro Social Care
Inspection who promote improvements in social care for the benefit of people who
use care services.
Mandatory Training Undertaken By Carers:
- Moving & Handling (No Lifting Policy)
- Health & Safety ( Risk Assessment, Security, Fire Safety)
- Infection Control Including Hand Washing
- Values (Individuality, Choice, Privacy, Independance, Dignity, Respect, Partnership,
